My People Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Rostering & Administration Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new workers, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Manage worker schedules, ensuring that all shifts are filled with qualified and experienced staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients and workers, keeping them informed of any changes or updates.
- Develop and maintain employee rosters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor worker time and attendance, shift notes, and incident reports.
- Escalate incidents promptly and provide timely responses.
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the NDIS.
- Strong knowledge of the SCHADS Award and its application in workforce planning.
- Extensive experience in workforce planning, rostering, and scheduling.
- Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong record-keeping, administration, and organization skills.
