Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and champion a bold, purpose-led brand narrative that inspires our people and resonates with our communities.
  • Integrated Marketing & Campaign Leadership: Design and deliver high-impact marketing programs across our portfolio — driving growth, engagement, and market share.
  • Public Relations & Reputation Management: Lead our PR strategy to proactively shape public perception and deepen community trust.
  • Corporate Communications & Digital Experience: Drive digital innovation and user experience across our owned platforms, including website and corporate social media channels.
  • Governance & Reporting: Set targets and develop an associated action plan to deliver increased visitation.
  • Team Culture: Foster a creative, collaborative, and purpose-aligned team culture that encourages innovation by working as a partner to other teams.
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, arts, communications, journalism or related discipline.
  • 15+ years professional experience.
  • An excellent strategic thinker and writer with experience leading teams and working across functions with a highly commercial and collaborative approach.
  • The ability to influence and guide our leadership team and build relationships with people across the organisation.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
