About the Role

The School of Design seeks a visionary leader to shape the future of design education and research. As Dean and Head of School, you will lead a multidisciplinary institution with strengths in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Fine Arts, and History of Art.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent teaching, research, and community engagement. This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in leading academic teams and fostering a collaborative culture. You must have a deep understanding of the respective professions and a commitment to excellence across both professional and creative disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the school's goals and objectives.
  • Growing the school's profile and strengthening industry and professional relationships.
  • Mentoring staff and building leadership capability.
  • Ensuring that all disciplines in the school are valued and supported.
