Customer service is at the forefront of our operation. We have over 800 supermarkets across Australia, each one a hub of activity that requires teamwork to run smoothly.

About the Role

We are seeking individuals who can navigate local neighbourhoods safely and efficiently to deliver customer orders during the day or night. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ensuring they are ready for delivery.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Possession of an unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a safe driving record (police history check and driving history check)
- Ability to confidently drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas
- Physical fitness required for driving, standing on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points (stairs possible)
- Flexibility to work varied hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (shifts typically 5am-1pm and 1pm-11pm)
