About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end estimation process, from evaluating tender documents to preparing detailed cost estimates and supporting the successful tendering and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favourable pricing.
  • Support the tendering process, including preparing tender submissions and presenting to clients.
  • Hand over successful projects to the delivery team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record working for Tier 2 OR 3 Head Contractors as a Senior Estimator.
  • Demonstrated track record in end-to-end estimation and bids.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
