Expert in Radio Technology Solutions

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our efforts in designing and implementing radio technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategies that meet the needs of our customers.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement radio technology solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Design and deploy network platforms and customer solutions, estimating resource needs and managing costs.
  • Define and manage regulatory, spectrum, and safety aspects of radio technologies.
  • Provide expert technical consulting to customers and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Detailed understanding of the radio environment, current and proposed designs, customer requirements, and end-to-end service wrap.
  • Knowledge and experience of antennas and RF propagation, modulation methodologies, IP connectivity, network fundamentals, and security.
  • Knowledge and experience of OSS design, network integration, and solution testing.
  • Recognized expertise in relevant technologies and active contribution to best practices in the wider community.
  • Detailed knowledge of Ofcom rules on use of radio spectrum to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work with Ofcom on technical and legal basis.
