Senior Radio Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radio Engineer to support the availability and security of our network 24/7/365. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs and creating solutions that meet those demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for radio use across our organization, influencing regulatory and standards bodies to meet business requirements.
  • Establish operational policies covering radio technologies across our group.
  • Contribute to business cases as a technical expert during vendor conversations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to network design authorities on complex technologies in challenging regulatory environments.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of radio environments, current and proposed designs, customer requirements, and end-to-end service delivery.
  • Knowledge and experience of antennas and RF propagation, modulation methodologies, IP connectivity, network fundamentals, and security.
  • Proven experience in designing, building, and configuring point-to-point microwave links (3+ years).
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (physics or electrical/electronics engineering).
