We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our team in the Sydney CBD office. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their career under the guidance of an experienced industry leader in Real Estate.

  • Manage property acquisitions and disposals, including drafting and negotiating contracts and conducting due diligence.
  • Handle acquisitions and disposals of property companies and trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Provide legal advice on property construction and development matters, including zoning laws, permits, and land use issues.
  • Oversee property finance transactions, including mortgage agreements and refinancing.
  • Negotiate and draft Project Delivery and Development Management Agreements.
  • Undertake transaction structuring to optimise outcomes for clients.
  • Perform titling and subdivision analysis.
  • Deal with varying forms of property syndication and joint ventures.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years PQE with experience in the commercial real estate area
  • An excellent academic record with strong legal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A well-developed commercial acumen
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A 'can do' attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow your career.
