Senior Associate Job Opportunity

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Corporate and Commercial team in Sydney.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of private M&A deals, with a strong focus on the automotive sector, alongside general commercial and corporate advisory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients and partners
  • Provide support and mentoring to junior lawyers
  • Handle complex transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements
  • Deliver corporate advisory services, including advice on governance and directors' duties
Requirements:

You will have 5+ years PAE in commercial and M&A work, with strong attention to detail.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Experience with property transactions and commercial lease experience
  • The ability to balance legal and commercial considerations in negotiations
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients and other parties
  • The ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers
