Vehicle Mechanic

This role is for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment. The job involves ensuring the safe operation of our facilities.

The successful candidate will have experience or training as a vehicle mechanic, with a strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset. Exposure to heavy vehicles is an advantage, and the ability to use computers and Microsoft Office tools is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out mechanical maintenance across a diverse fleet
  • Supporting asset lifecycle management and improving preventative maintenance practices
  • Managing data and work orders in Maximo/EAM
  • Contributing to procurement activities and invoice receipting
  • Supporting capital works projects as required
Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience as a vehicle mechanic or relevant training
  • Strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset
  • Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office tools
  • Exposure to heavy vehicles is an advantage
