Construction Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and cost estimating, with experience working on large-scale construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting tender packages, participating in tender recap reviews, and performing quantity take-offs.
You will also review vendor product data for compliance to procurement specifications, write award recommendations, and prepare subcontract/supply agreements. Additionally, you will track scope adders from operations teams and compile historical data for major vendors/subcontractors.
Your ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders will be essential in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or diploma in related discipline or trade experience;
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating, procurement, or related fields;
- Successfully awarded supply/subcontract agreements valued at up to $10 million;
- Familiarity with different delivery methods and introductory knowledge of bid preparation procedures;
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders and working knowledge of estimating software/Microsoft Office Suite.
