No prior experience is necessary; we will provide you with the training and support you need to develop valuable skills and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic and supportive environment.
We are seeking individuals who are willing to learn and grow with us. Our traineeship program offers a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week (part-time) or 40 hours per week (full-time), with set shifts and hours agreed upon during recruitment. You will also receive a 12-month contract, providing stability and security throughout your training period.

**Shifts:**
Shifts are available Monday to Friday, at the following times:
AM - 7:00am to 3:00pm
PM - 3:00pm to 10:00pm
**Services Provided:**
Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Bed making and room tidying up
Feeding
The setting of tables and meals for residents
Social activities
Ability to listen, build rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff
