About This Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to the elderly in a safe and supportive environment.
As a skilled nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct clinical nursing care to residents, as well as acting as a team leader and providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to personal care staff.
- Ensure that all aspects of resident care are delivered with compassion, empathy, and respect.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
