At our organisation we are seeking Care Professionals to support the well-being of elderly residents in a safe and home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with personal care activities including showering, dressing and grooming
  • Supporting daily tasks such as eating, socialising and engaging in leisure activities
  • Collaborating with clinical team members to ensure effective care plans are implemented
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a collaborative team environment to promote optimal health and wellbeing

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A compassionate heart and genuine passion for delivering high quality care to vulnerable individuals
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
  • A reliable team player with excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in aged care
  • Ability to undergo a police check and NDIS clearance
