Hospitality Director for Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Director to oversee the operations of our multi-unit restaurant locations in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing costs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- Job Summary: Lead the Front of House operations in our fast-paced restaurants, developing a high-performing team that delivers quality service and exceeds guest expectations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 30 staff members, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.
- Oversee the operational aspects of the business, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
- Audit and adhere to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue while controlling costs.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and develop strategies for improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality leadership role within a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate your team.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive working environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, practices, and compliance requirements.
