Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting and risk management across our operations.

  • Financial Strategy and Control
  • Develop and execute financial strategy to preserve assets and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Manage all financial control systems, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the accounting function, creating value through financial domain leadership.
  • Develop Group financial projections and forecasts for multi-state operational units.
  • Monitor and advise on new project financing and budget management to senior leaders.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual operating plans and financial plans.
  • Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the group's operations.
  • Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts.
  • Control and evaluate the group's debt and/or capital raising plans and capital structure.
About the Candidate

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, preferably from within a multi-site and business unit operating model. They will be comfortable as a business partner, providing financial decision support to location managers.

  • CA/CPA Qualified.
  • Tertiary degree in finance, business, or commerce.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-entity operations across business unit entities and financial reporting structures.
  • Financial modelling current and future state investment opportunities to support growth opportunities.
  • Exposure to corporate finance transactions, including the purchase and integration of operating assets or entities.
  • Lead a diverse team in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
