About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to manage financial reporting and risk management across our operations. The successful candidate will develop and execute financial strategy and manage all financial control systems to preserve assets and ensure financial sustainability.

  • Lead the accounting function and develop systems capabilities to create value through financial domain leadership.
  • Develop multi-state operational unit financial projections and forecasts.
  • Monitor and advise on new project financing and budget management for senior leaders.
  • Manage financial reports, group management accounting activity, and statutory external reporting obligations.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual operating plans and financial plans.
  • Provide advice on revenue growth and cost reduction strategies.
  • Coordinate tax documentation and ensure cash flow is suitable for our operations.
  • Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts.
  • Control and evaluate debt and/or capital raising plans and capital structure.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a successful career in finance, preferably from within a multi-site and business unit operating model. They should be comfortable providing financial decision support to location managers.

  • CA/CPA Qualified.
  • Tertiary degree in finance, business, or commerce.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-entity operations and financial reporting structures.
  • Financial modelling skills for current and future state investment opportunities.
  • Exposure to corporate finance transactions, including purchases and integrations.
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
