Job Title: Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing class action projects from initiation to completion, working closely with partners and senior management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage class action projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years PQE in a similar role within the legal industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex class action projects.
  • Experience in plaintiff law is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
