This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our organization and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and market analysis.
- Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement business development strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct Market Research: Identify new opportunities and assess market trends to inform business development decisions.
- Implement Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate marketing initiatives that support business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify Client Opportunities: Discover opportunities for legal teams to establish connections with potential clients and generate business leads.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Develop and implement strategies to assist partners in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, referrers, and key stakeholders.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals through effective communication and relationship management.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Integrate Approaches: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, to develop integrated approaches to business growth.
- Provide Leadership: Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members and colleagues on business development initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track Performance: Track and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare regular reports for management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
