Program Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Transformation Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the program within approved tolerances, ensuring its overall success, and engaging senior stakeholders to represent us at external forums.

As a key member of our team, the Program Director will oversee and implement the program from initiation to final transition, develop comprehensive program plans, and monitor and control program progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage, plan, direct, and coordinate activities to drive business growth and process improvements.
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, guide others through planning, create a shared vision, and understand external and internal issues influencing transformational projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and proven success in people management.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale change across people, process, and technology.
  • Proven record of guiding others through strategic planning, creating a shared vision, and understanding external and internal issues influencing transformational projects.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification is required.
