The Role OverviewYou will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our existing customer base and new business enquiries as a Customer Relationship Manager. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers throughout the sales process (from lead to settlement) in this high-volume, inbound and outbound phone-based role.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver a seamless experience for the customer by clearly understanding their requirements.
- Qualify and convert leads into applications for credit assessment.
- Convert approvals for Prospa customers.
- Maintain regular communication with referral partners and BDMs on deal trajectory.
- Effectively follow up qualified opportunities and approvals with all necessary stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
