Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team at our Bass Hill & Chullora centres. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists with chair-side procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Prepare and maintain dental equipment, instruments, and treatment rooms
  • Provide excellent patient care, including taking medical and dental histories, preparing patients for treatment, and ensuring their comfort during procedures
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver safe and empathetic patient care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements
  • Experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in all areas, including chair-side, sterilisation, and reception
  • Strong compliance with sterilisation, safety, and infection control measures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and team collaboration
