Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with and maintain an understanding of Textron Aviation manuals and procedures;
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and instructions;

  • Report safety-related matters and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer expectations and ensure they are met;
  • Assist customers with aircraft induction into engineering facilities;
  • Work closely with departments to stay informed about maintenance progress and provide regular updates to customers;
  • Seek approvals for additional work scope items as necessary;
  • Assist in the final delivery of aircraft following maintenance;
  • Review invoicing for accuracy and capture additional items;
  • Conduct regular customer surveys, understand feedback, and make improvements;
  • Obey lawful instructions from the Engineering Manager and General Manager.
Requirements:
  • Strong ability to collaborate within a team to share resources and ideas;
  • Demonstrated customer service/service account management experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Adaptability, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking abilities;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive remuneration package, including pay and innovative benefits, will be offered to support you and your family members – now and in the future.
