Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting social inclusion progression of people experiencing homelessness or social isolation using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches
  • Knowledge working in homelessness program delivery including early intervention settings assertive outreach and housing-first methodology
  • A track record coaching developing staff leading reflective practice facilitating training and providing case consultations
  • The ability to draw insights from practice data identify trends recommend improvements at individual team and system levels
  • A collaborative solutions-focused approach working confidently across teams and disciplines to guide high-quality decisions
  • Understanding of Homelessness community support children and families family violence and youth service delivery streams
