Product Visionary for Digital Media

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our Media team at REA Group. As a key member of our Design team, you'll partner with Product and Engineering teams to create amazing products and experiences for our consumers and customers.
About the RoleIn this exciting role, you'll be responsible for understanding user needs and business opportunities to bring innovative products and features to life that find product/market fit, growing our business and delighting our consumers and customers. You'll leverage your extensive experience in design and apply it to work towards the vision for a product, feature or experience utilising our design system, design principles and playbook.
This role is about raising the bar using your craft, mentoring others and creating amazing products and experiences. As a Senior Product Designer in our Media team, you will play a pivotal role in the discovery, creation, and iteration of advertising products that push the boundaries of digital media.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify industry trends and user needs.
- Develop and articulate a clear product design vision.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Work with marketing, sales, and client services to understand client needs.
- Partner with development teams to ensure successful product implementation.
- Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies.
- Advocate for creative and innovative design solutions.
- Presentation of design concepts to stakeholders.
We're seeking an experienced designer who has worked in eCommerce (brand or agency side) or Media and/or Creative Agency. Strong Discovery skills are essential, as well as experience designing products using industry standard design tools and best practice processes.
You should have a few runs on the board, be able to look at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens, and work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment to create impact. An experimentation mindset, working through ambiguity to have impact at scale, is also necessary.
