**What’s involved**:
This role is a 12-month parental leave cover contract position. You will be responsible for continuing with the development, implementation and management of our social media marketing strategies, paid media and community management across the entire Brown Family Wine Group portfolio of brands. You'll be helping to shape our online presence by crafting unique and engaging content, while boosting engagement across new and existing audiences.

Every day will be different, but some of your role responsibilities are:
Develop, implement and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies.
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support large-scale digital brand campaign activity & manage small ad-hoc campaigns, product launches and always-on content.
Create, schedule and monitor engaging and unique organic content across brand social media platforms.
In collaboration with Sire Managers, develop and execute social media strategies, paid digital advertising, promotion for local area events and monitor online communities for the Cellar Doors.
Manage, engage with and foster our online communities for all brands across a number of social media platforms, responding to comments, messages and inquiries.
Analyse and report on the performance and effectiveness of campaigns, competitor and brand sentiment, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work in conjunction with Copywriter & Content Manager to create and manage the content calendars and ensure content aligns to overarching brand and content pillars.
Work closely with our Global PR & Communications Manager and agencies to manage influencer activity.
Identify and develop an understanding of emerging social trends, new social channels and related digital platforms to drive strategic decision for each brand.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
Experience in Social Media strategy development and implementation.
Strong expertise and practical knowledge in ad creation, optimisation and best practices on advertising mediums including Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
Exceptional copywriting skills with a proven ability to craft engaging and relatable narratives that go beyond simply promoting our products.
Ability to create unique and engaging content in multiple formats for social platforms including Instagram Stories and Reels.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, design and attention to detail.
Analysis of social media metrics, gaining insight to drive change.
Proven ability to grow leads and increase quality engagement in social platforms.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Deep understanding of all social media platforms and the respective approaches to each.
Experience using social media monitoring software and master of analytics tools including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Metricool.
Degree qualified, or 4 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in one or more of the following disciplines - Digital Marketing, Communications, Branding.
