Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our patrons by providing warm, friendly, and knowledgeable support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to patrons through various means, including in-person, phone, and email interactions.
  • Provide information and assistance to customers on library services, programs, and resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using library software and systems.
Benefits:

  • Starting salary at the Level 2 Classification, commencing at $70,862 + 12% superannuation.
