**Job Overview**:

As a highly skilled make-up artist, you will provide a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience for our customers, combining your creative and technical expertise to educate and delight them. You will work collaboratively with the team to create engaging in-store events and ensure that the store maintains its high standards of visual merchandising, setting it apart from competitors. While certification in make-up artistry is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate their creative and technical skills. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
* Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
* Utilize retail point-of-sale software effectively

* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance customer experience
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver engaging in-store events

**Requirements:**
* Ability to demonstrate high level of creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry
* Previous experience in retail, preferably in make-up artistry or related field
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve business objectives
* Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Compensation & Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary range is based on industry standards for similar positions in the New South Wales area.
