Teaching Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team as an Elicos Teacher/Pathways Coordinator.

The role will involve working collaboratively with academic staff across all national campuses to deliver high-quality English language instruction and academic advising services to students.

Main Responsibilities

  • To design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective ELICOS classes that cater to the needs of diverse student populations.
  • To work closely with ILSC Head Teachers and other ILSC Teachers to achieve teaching goals and objectives.
  • To prepare and submit clear lesson plans prior to each lesson, ensuring alignment with established learning outcomes.
  • To engage students in their learning through a student-centred teaching philosophy.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum solutions.
  • To perform periodical analyses of student goals and needs against set learning outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Cambridge CELTA or Cert IV TESOL (or equivalent).
