About the Role

We are seeking an English language educator and cafe professional to join our team. As an Elicos Teacher/Cafe Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to combine your teaching skills with experience in cafe management.

The ideal candidate will have strong teaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach English courses and engage students in their learning through a student-centred approach
  • Manage cafe operations, including supervising staff and training new teachers
  • Coordinate the establishment and launch of campus cafes
  • Regularly review costs and margins to ensure efficient cafe operations
Requirements:
  • Strong teaching and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of cafe management principles and practices
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time 6-month fixed-term contract
  • Reports to the Director of Studies
