Senior Molecular Scientist Opportunity

Are you interested in working in a state-of-the-art laboratory with one of the largest public anatomical pathology laboratories in the state?

The Department of Tissue Pathology and Diagnostic Oncology is seeking a senior molecular scientist to manage scientific, technical, and support staff, oversee testing activities, and ensure operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and accreditation of laboratory services.

Responsibilities include managing a diverse range of tissue types, including bone and soft tissue sarcomas, pelvic exenteration, complex head and neck resections, liver and kidney transplants, and diagnostic molecular pathology.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a leading-edge laboratory with access to the latest technology and equipment. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the laboratory, as well as contributing to the development of new protocols and procedures.
