The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with experience in leading high-performing finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
This senior role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of a global hospitality group and drive operational excellence across APAC.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Strategy: Assess APAC commercial initiatives, business performance, profitability, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Finance Leadership: Act as the strategic finance lead for the APAC business, working closely with cross-functional leadership teams to achieve revenue targets and sustainable market growth.
- Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow modelling, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate completion of statutory accounts, taxation, and regulatory obligations for each market.
- Team Management: Lead a team of 20+ staff across ANZ and SEA, providing guidance and support to four direct reports.
- Candidate Profile: CA/CPA qualified with strong technical grounding and commercial savvy, experienced in hospitality, hotel, travel, aviation, or cruise line sectors.
- Skill Set: Proven people skills, experience managing onshore and offshore staff, and Chartered Accounting grounding preferred.
