This is a professional leadership position in a community pharmacy where you will oversee the daily operations of the dispensary and store, supervise staff, provide customer service and health advice, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead vaccination services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dispensary and store to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry regulations
  • Supervise and roster staff to achieve optimal performance and job satisfaction
  • Provide outstanding customer service and professional health advice to patients and clients
  • Ensure the pharmacy remains compliant with all relevant Pharmacy Board standards and guidelines
  • Lead pharmacy services with a focus on vaccinations to meet the needs of the local community
Requirements:
  • You must be registered as a Pharmacist with AHPRA and have previous experience in Australia as a Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacist Manager (preferably 2 years)
  • You must demonstrate proven ability to lead teams and deliver professional services
  • You must possess strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Experience with Minfos software is desirable but not essential

  • Hourly rate: $55-$65 negotiable based on experience
