  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to lead our administrative team. The successful applicant will be accountable for providing direction and leadership to the department, supporting the General Manager and residents with day-to-day operations.
  • The ideal candidate must have recent experience in an Administration role, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills, high level of confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.

About You

  • Recent experience in an Administration role (aged care or healthcare desirable)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge (essential)
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
