Lead Materials Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Materials Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing remedial engineering operations in the Victorian region.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Victorian remedial market, with expertise in engineering design and project execution.

A proven track record of leadership and team management experience is essential, along with commercial awareness and financial acumen.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and technical staff, driving business development and building strong client relationships within the Victorian market.

They will also provide technical and commercial oversight of projects, coordinate with national teams, and support internal initiatives as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff
  • Oversee delivery of maintenance and monitoring contracts
  • Drive business development and build strong client relationships
  • Provide technical and commercial oversight of projects

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with exposure to remedial works and cathodic protection preferred.

Local industry knowledge and market familiarity are essential, as well as the ability to operate autonomously and lead the local strategy.
