Senior Research Fellow

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Fellow to join our team.

  • About the Position:

The successful candidate will take on a key role in a 12-month research translation project focused on developing a Materials Intelligence Platform. The platform aims to understand complex materials systems, with initial applications in manufacturing, biomedical, and minerals sectors.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a collaborative team of researchers, driving innovation and advancing knowledge in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a platform prototype for local workstation, on-premises HPC, and cloud deployment.
  • Develop a portfolio of application case studies demonstrating best-in-class capacity for understanding materials design, origin, fabrication, performance, and failure.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to drive the development of the platform and achieve project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in software engineering and research.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
