**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our crew as a watch officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sailing, leadership, and working with young people.

The watch officer will be responsible for providing watch leadership, youth mentorship, and Christian spiritual care to trainees on board our schooners. They will lead a watch group of trainees through shipboard activities, including the running of the ship under power and sail.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and be comfortable with the physical demands of sailing. Previous experience with sail training programs or similar roles is an asset.
