Job Role

A Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional service and meet the needs of customers through various communication channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop customer service skills while working in a fast-paced company that invests in its employees.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Support multiple products to meet business requirements after receiving training.
  • Manage high volumes of inquiries from clients and customers.
  • Meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team goals.
  • Improve customer service through self-service options and process improvements.
  • Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers as needed.

Requirements:
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 qualification.
  • Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
