
Customer Experience Professional

A Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional service and meet the needs of customers through various communication channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop customer service skills while working in a fast-paced company that invests in its employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Support multiple products to meet business requirements after receiving training.
- Manage high volumes of inquiries from clients and customers.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team goals.
- Improve customer service through self-service options and process improvements.
- Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 qualification.
- Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
