About the Role

This Administrator position works as part of a cohesive team, meeting key performance indicators for Department of Health reporting and Medicare legislation.

The primary focus of this role will be to support billing and revenue processes, however, you will also be required to work across several areas within the department including referral registration, clinic administration and call centre where necessary.

  • A patient-centered approach to service delivery is essential.
  • You must have the ability to use initiative and work autonomously, as well as in a team environment.
  • Problem solving skills are critical in this role, particularly in complex situations.
  • Experience working in high-volume environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience and commitment to meeting customer needs is a must.
