We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Shared Services team, providing end-to-end HR administrative and system support to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the HR Advisory team to provide exceptional customer service through effective management of HR queries.
  • Create and maintain HR Service Desk operational standards, procedures, processes, and guidelines.
  • Ensure the HR Service Desk team maintains a high level of internal customer and candidate experience, streamlines internal operations, and fosters ongoing system improvements.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate qualifications in business, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Strong HRSS/HR Contact Centre/HR operations management experience in a large and complex organisation, having led or created newly established teams handling high-volume enquiries.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of HR operational services to clients that meet service-level agreements.
  • Extensive knowledge and working experience in a diverse range of Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and employment legislation.
  • Experience in business needs analysis, identifying alternative solutions, assessing risk and feasibility, and recommending new approaches.
  • Strong technical skills, including demonstrated experience in the use and application of Enterprise HR Systems, with a strong preference for Workday.
  • Exceptional organisational and operational management skills, with a high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation, and the capacity to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and influencing skills to support the delivery of HR services and the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in complex stakeholder and policy environments, with demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
