Residential Aged Care Dietitian Consultant

Job Description:

As a Residential Aged Care Dietitian Consultant, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the care provided to residents. Your role will involve attending to referrals in person, conducting menu reviews, weight loss consultations, and specialized diet planning.

Working closely with our regional managers, you will receive training and orientation, as well as ongoing management support and check-ins.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced dietitian to join our national clinical team and grow their professional contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct referrals in person
  • Develop and implement personalized diet plans
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
  • Provide high-quality care to residents

Requirements:

  • Certification in Dietetics + APD Registration
  • Able to attend referrals in person
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance cover
  • National Police Check (within the last two years)
  • NDIS Workers Check
  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Experience working with elderly community/residential aged care
