Hospitality & Housekeeping Assistant – Aged Care

Part-Time | $27.66 per hour

Locations: Noraville & Killarney Vale

We are seeking two compassionate and reliable Hospitality & Housekeeping Assistants to join our dedicated teams, one based at our Noraville facility and one based at our Killarney Vale facility.

These hands-on roles combine catering, cleaning and laundry services to ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable, clean and welcoming home environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Catering Duties

  • Assist Chefs/Cooks with meal preparation in line with dietary requirements and menu plans.
  • Portion and plate meals to meet presentation and temperature standards.
  • Deliver meals to dining areas or rooms, assisting residents where required (within training scope).
  • Follow food safety procedures, store food correctly and monitor use-by dates.
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, servery and dining areas.

Domestic & Housekeeping Duties

  • Clean resident rooms, communal areas and hallways, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
  • Make beds and change linen as per schedules or when needed.
  • Manage rubbish removal and bin replacement.
  • Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding and storing clothing, bedding and towels.
  • Follow infection control protocols and safe cleaning practices.

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning or aged care support is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Reliable, team-focused and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
  • Able to travel to Noraville or Killarney Vale.
  • Must hold a current National Police Check (or be willing to obtain one before commencement).
