Job Title

About the Role
  • See to our residents' medical needs, including administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care that is respectful, empathetic and compassionate.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree and current registration with the relevant state or territory nursing board.
  • Experience working in an aged care environment, preferably with a focus on clinical care and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
