- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and investigate claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained and that claims are processed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including assessing teams and suppliers, to ensure that customers receive the best possible outcome.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and compliance issues, ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Motor claims experience is essential, with a strong understanding of insurance claims processes and procedures.
- Investigation experience is highly desirable, with a proven track record of successfully investigating and resolving complex claims.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
