Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

About the Role:

This position is responsible for supporting the manufacturing operations team in a state-of-the-art facility. The successful candidate will be involved in various tasks such as SAP data management, inventory stocktakes, raw material replenishment, and quality document review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate data within the SAP system
  • Conduct regular inventory stocktakes to ensure accurate records
  • Coordinate the replenishment of raw materials to meet operational needs
  • Review quality documents to ensure compliance with GMP standards

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess basic ERP experience, preferably with SAP. They should also have inventory control and quality control background, along with manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience. Knowledge of Smartsheet and Excel is an advantage.
