Inventory Coordinator Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the safe and efficient storage of all inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receipting, dispatching, and maintaining accurate inventory control
  • Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels
  • Loading and unloading parts and consumables for inbound and outbound freight
  • Issuing, returning, and data entering stock within the Inventory Management System
  • Undertaking regular stock takes and stock level adjustments
  • Ensuring the storage and care of all inventory in a safe and efficient manner
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and documenting stock transfers, returns, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in stores/inventory management within a mining or heavy industrial environment
  • Australian Driver's license
  • Current forklift ticket
  • JDE software experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
