Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or current enrollment in a BSN program within three years.
  • A valid Ohio RN license.
  • One year of recent experience in the practice area or relevant specialty unit, with additional training or preparation for specific units as required.
  • The ability to work under stress and irregular hours, with exposure to hazards like communicable diseases, body fluids, toxic substances, radiation, and current BLS and ACLS certifications for critical care areas.
Physical Demands:
  • Heavy exertion: lifting 50-100 pounds occasionally, 25-50 pounds frequently, 10-20 pounds continuously.
