Key Responsibilities- Manage Head Contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Oversee financial forecasting and budgeting for projects.
- Procure materials and services in accordance with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed scopes of work for projects.
- Handle cost reporting, progress claims, variations, EOTs, NODs, and RFIs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in IT with experience using Hammertech and Procore.
- Comprehensive understanding of Contract Law, construction-specific legislation, codes, and regulations.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive approach.
- Passionate about the construction industry and enjoys working within a team environment.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Contracts Administration.
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience.
