About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic business manager to lead our NSW Metro region. As the Metro NSW State Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the Metro area
  • Lead and manage the operations of our NSW Metro branch, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators and targets
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the Health & Rehabilitation industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Demonstrated track record in business development and achieving sales targets
  • Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
