Job Title: Community Support Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Community Support Coordinator. This role involves supporting seamless service delivery to clients by coordinating frontline communications and being a critical link between clients, support workers, and leadership.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, passionate about supporting people in the community, and aligned with our organization's values of Caring, Enabling Others, A Community, Commitment, and Building on Strengths.

Key responsibilities include accurately scheduling client service rosters, processing payroll data, coordinating communication activities, and being the first point of contact for stakeholder queries.

Additionally, the successful candidate will allocate and assign shifts to home support workers, monitor operational work performance, and assist in workforce planning, recruitment, and team development.

They will also promote and maintain safe work practices and immediately cease any unsafe work activities.
